Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident when placing an order with us, so please take a moment to review our policy below before purchasing.

Returns & Size Exchanges:
At the moment, we do not offer returns or size-based exchanges on our products. We strongly recommend referring to the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order to ensure the best fit. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing or preference reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Please record a clear unboxing video from start to finish when opening your package.
  • The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange where applicable.

Important Notes:

  • Items without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for exchange.
  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
  • Exchange eligibility is subject to product availability.
